Dream Stream Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Dream Stream. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The Dream Stream must be clean and free from damage beyond normal inspection.
• All original components and accessories must be included.
• Original packaging is preferred but not required.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Dream Stream arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include photos of the product and packaging.
• We'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Return Shipping

If you simply changed your mind:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake or the item is defective:

• We'll cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Products intentionally modified or damaged
• Custom or personalized Dream Streams
• Clearance or final sale items
