Welcome to Dreamhead. By purchasing products from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your purchase and use of products sold by Dreamhead ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this website.

2. Products

We strive to accurately display and describe our products. Because of manufacturing processes, photography, and monitor settings, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from those shown online.

Specifications, dimensions, and product designs may be improved or modified without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dreamhead is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Product Use

Dream Stream is intended for normal household and educational use.

Customers are responsible for supervising children while the product is in use.

Dreamhead is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, modification, abuse, or use inconsistent with the product instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, website content, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Dreamhead unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Warranty

Dreamhead warrants that Dream Stream will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance.

Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or refund at Dreamhead's discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamhead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
